through shelter and rescue groups, in order to reduce the number
of lost and surrendered animals who are euthanized.

This project seeks to end pet overpopulation and the resulting euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals by facilitating the spaying and neutering of dogs and cats within Maricopa County
